Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it directly through the 'My Orders' section in your account.
What is the return policy for Wrogn apparel?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Innerwear and certain accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Wrogn ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashion enthusiasts soon.
